The breakdown of a relationship is never easy, but when the breakdown involves domestic violence the whole process can feel even more over whelming. It can for many people be extremely difficult to talk about domestic violence let alone ask for help. We are happy to talk to you in complete confidence. We understand the concerns you have and make it our priority to help you through this difficult time.

Domestic abuse, whether physical or mental, is not acceptable in any relationship and no one should ever be made to feel scared or threatened in their own home. We can provide advice about warning letters, reporting matters to the police, injunctions, Protection from harassment legislation, occupation orders and non molestation orders.

We can advise you on how you can deal with situation you are facing and what options are available to you from sending a warning letter to applying for a court order to protect you from violence, pestering, threats or harassment As well as providing legal advice, we can put you in touch with a range of organisations who can provide additional help and support. We will keep you informed at every stage, explaining everything in jargon free language.

If you are on the receiving end of court papers relating to domestic violence, injunctions, non-molestation or occupation orders we can provide advise on the implications, what you need to do and what options are available to the court in dealing with the application. We can attend at court with you at short notice and provide detailed advice as the case develops. We can offer an urgent same day appointment to deal with your case.
