We offer an initial advice meeting for one hour and thereafter will prepare confirmation of advice letter to detail the points discussed in the meeting if required. The fee is £90.00 plus VAT. The fee covers work in connection with taking your instructions and providing you with legal advice specifically tailored to your case and recommending any follow up work if required.
The outcome we seek to achieve from you is to give you a clear understanding of your entitlement upon divorce or separation and if required guidance on how issues involving children are resolved. It is sensible to find out where you stand before you take any action. Our fixed price gives you certainty and peace of mind in terms of how much it will cost. If you would like us to act further we will give you a price for any additional work.
