From the 1st April 2013 the Government is reducing the type of case you are entitled to claim legal aid for. Therefore you will be still entitled to claim legal aid for cases involving domestic violence and care proceedings. Clarkson Hirst recognise that this cut will deny representation to members of the public on low income. Clarkson Hirst therefore will offer you a tailored fixed to your case.
