The cost of an ID1 form is £175 plus VAT. We reserve the right to decline to accept your instructions to prepare a form ID1 in the event that you are not able to provide us with acceptable identification documents and in the case of a property transaction, proof of ownership of the property, for example a buildings insurance certificate with your name and address on it. You will also need to provide picture card identification documents and attend one of our offices to complete the form with a solicitor. Our charge for that work is £175 plus VAT of £35, a total of £210.00.
